*All internet orders placed from June 15th through September 15th must be placed by 8 a.m. EST to be sent out that day. Any order placed after 8 a.m. EST will be shipped the following business day.
Exchanges and returns...
Return Policy- We are delighted to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. (This means you must contact customer care via e-mail within 14 days from your date of purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without an RA number from customer care will either be returned to sender or subject to a 30% restocking charge with a store credit refund only if the package is opened by us inadvertently.)
An RA number must be requested with 14 days from the date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final.
All items must be returned in "as new" condition. All returns must be received by The Irish Jewelry Company within 10 days from the issuing date of the RA number otherwise the package will be returned to sender or subject to a 30% restocking fee and a store credit refund only if the package is opened inadvertently by The Irish Jewelry Company. The restocking fee and store credit is not a penalty but a way to off set the costs involved with the time and labor it takes to investigate an unauthorized return.

We are happy to exchange an Irish gift with another selection, or issue a store credit within 14 days of purchase as well. All returned items must be in their original condition. Normal time to process your return is 10-14 days upon receipt of the returned package. Packages sent to The Irish Jewelry Company without an RA# clearly written on the package will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. If they are opened by The Irish Jewelry Company inadvertently, the return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and a store credit only will be issued.
Please note all, Clearance items, gift cards, gift boxes, personalized Irish inspired gifts, turf products, books, opened CD's, bath products and special orders are non-refundable and are final sale. All Special Orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee and a store credit only. All woolen and linen products must be returned in NEW condition and with all tags and or packaging in tack like the item was originally sent. Any woolen or linen item received worn, damaged or without it's original tags will be subject to a 50% restocking charge and issued a store credit only.
Orders received damaged or incorrect will be exchanged for the same item only.
Orders received damaged and or incorrect must be reported to Customer Care via email within 5 days of delivery. Maximum shipping credit for returns on items received damaged or incorrect items can not exceed original shipping charge. WE WILL NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS THAT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL ORDER'S SHIPPING CHARGES: DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN VIA AN EXPRESS SERVICE. YOUR PACKAGING FEES ARE NOT REIMBURSABLE. Gift box or gift wrap charges are non refundable and we cannot accept them as a return.
Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear and accidental damage is not considered a defect.
Christmas purchases....
Our Christmas extended return policy means all gifts purchased between November 22nd and December 24th can be returned or exchanged by January 7th. After December 7th all sales are final. We will not accept any Christmas returns or exchanges on purchases made between November 22nd and December 24th after January 7th. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA PROCESSING TIME DURING ALL HOLIDAY SEASONS.
How to make an exchange or return.....
Simply repack the item in its original packaging with a copy of the packing slip and contact customer service via email at customercare@theirishjewelrycompany.com. A customer service representative will respond to your request within 24- 48 hours via email and they will give you a return authorization number or RA number. Note that during the holidays this this process will require extra processing time. When we receive the product back a credit or exchange depending on the situation will be made.
- All returns must be received by The Irish Jewelry Company within 10 days from the issuing date of the RA number or they will not be accepted.

For your own protection when returning product we advise that you return your purchase to us via an insured courier such as USPS Parcel Post. Please retain a copy of your original receipt for your records. The Irish Jewelry Company will not be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns. Shipping and packaging costs are non refundable.

Gift Card information...
- Gift cards are available in several denominations. Our gift cards are plastic and come in a white envelope wrapped in our signature style. A simple emerald green satin ribbon and sealed with our label. It also comes with an all occasion card in which you can have a personal message written. All cards are shipped free. They are mailed through the US Postal Service unless ordered with other items then they will be enclosed in the same box that the rest of the order is shipped in.
- To redeem a gift card simply enter in the card number in the promo code area when checking out. The gift card number is located on the front the card in the upper left corner.
- Please note the total card value must be redeemed all at once. Remaining cards values can not and will not be carried over. All gift cards expire within one year from the date of purchase. Cards values remain the same and do not decrease until the card expires.
Pricing information- Please note that due to the soaring price of fuel and the fluctuating price of precious metals (brass, silver, copper and gold) our products prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not offer price adjustments.
International Shipping information- UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express Saver......One to five business days shipping by UPS throughout the world including Canada, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Mexico. Please keep in mind that certain countries such as India do not allow shipments of fine jewelry to their country. International duty, taxes and customs brokers fees vary with each country. International duty, taxes and customs brokers fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be passed along to receiver of the shipment upon delivery. Please note that we will not ship any orders international that exceeding $200.00 (US dollars) not including shipping. If you are ordering multiple products that total over $200.00 US please split your order into two separate orders etc. In addition any international order order placed shipping to an address other then the billing address is subject to cancellation.
Canadian Residents Please Read: Canadian Duty, Taxes and Customs Brokers Fees
- Canada Customs Duties....because of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canadians do not have to pay duty on most American and Mexican manufactured items.
- Canadian Taxes.....These taxes are not included at time of purchase and are charged to Canadian residents upon delivery.....
- Just about everything individuals import into Canada is subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of six percent. The GST is calculated after customs duties have been applied.
- You will also have to pay the applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST). The provincial retail sales tax rates vary from province to province, as do the goods and services to which the tax is applied and the way the tax is applied.
- In Canadian provinces with a Harmonized Sales Tax (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador), you'll be charged a flat 14 percent, rather than separate GST and PST.
- Customs Brokers Fees... There are no brokerage fees for items being shipped UPS Expedite unless there is a customs problem....
- All courier companies and postal services have to use customs brokers to get packages processed through Canada Customs at the Canadian border. Fees for that service are passed along to all Canadian residents.
- In addition Canadian Post automatically applies a $5.00 processing fee ($8.00 for Priority Post) for each package to clear Canada Customs automatically. Fees for customs brokers services are the charges that can really catch you by surprise.
Shipping Information......
- Shipping Calculations: Our shipping charges are determined by the UPS online shipping calculator. Shipping charges are calculated by UPS based on weight, value (all shipments are insured) and shipping zip code. We charge a minimal $1.00 shipping and handling fee to compensate for fluctuating fuel surcharges.

Standard Delivery and Ground.....
- Standard delivery is shipped via USPS. Items shipped standard delivery are generally items that are shipped in envelopes like gift cards or to military addresses such as an APO /FPO.
- UPS Ground Shipping means your package will arrive in 3 to 10 days business days depending on your location and no chosen method of delivery includes Saturday. We may require a signature for deliveries at our discretion. Shipping options do not include Saturday delivery. Hawaii and Alaska shipments going ground take approximately 7 to 12 days.
The Irish Jewelry Company ships through UPS or USPS. Please note that personalized gifts and special orders require additional business days for processing. For more information and details refer to the individual product page. If you order a backordered item or a special order and you selected express delivery it will be sent express when it arrives in stock.
Business Days- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays determined by shipping carrier and or us. Delivery dates are quoted in business days. Saturday and Sunday delivery are not included.

Gift Card Shipping- All of our Gift Cards are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery. Express ships are an additional charge. International shipments and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional shipping costs and business days for delivery.
APO/FPO Shipping- Orders being sent to an APO/FPO address are sent via USPS and will arrive within 1-3 weeks.
Backordered items- Any order placed that includes a back ordered item will be held until the back ordered item is in stock and ready to ship. We can not and do not split orders. If you are ordering more then one item that includes a back ordered item and we you do not want the whole order held you must place a separate order for the back ordered item.
Backordered items generally ship within 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately backordered imported from Ireland pewter and turf products can take up to 6 weeks unless otherwise stated.
Multiple shipping addresses- At this time we suggest you open an account with us so that your personal information can be retained for simplifying multiple orders. In order to ship to multiple addresses at this time you must place separate orders. Promotional Codes- Promotional code must be entered at checkout and are only applicable to online purchases. Offer cannot be applied to gift certificates, gifts by the month, and shipping, or previous or pending purchases. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Offers cannot be combined with any other offers. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. Offers do expire and can be limited to a one time use.
Images of Our Products- Photography online will appear slightly different from computer monitor to computer monitor. This has to do with individual variations in display settings on different monitors and is completely out of our control. To avoid ordering product that is not what you expected please read the full item description. We try very hard to be as descriptive as possible with regards to every piece of jewelry so our customers know exactly what they are getting looks like.
